2020 End of Year Survey Results

In late 2020, the GSVCC ran a survey for our members to get a better idea of how we’re doing, and what we can do differently to improve.

24 members responded, and since those survey results will continue to inform what we do going forward, we want to share some of the results with you.

63%

Percentage of respondents who said they were an 8 out of 10 on likelihood to recommend membership.

Recommending Membership

96% of respondents said they were at least somewhat likely to recommend membership and that’s not terrible. But only 63% ranked an 8 out of 10 or higher.

We want to do better. We want members to be able to enthusiastically recommend membership with us!

Our goal is to have 90% of members to say the likelihood that they would recommend membership at an 8 or above. We’ve got a ways to go, but with some good planning and help from all of you, we think we can get there.
