Chamber membership gives your business better visibility in our local community. If most of your customers are in Lemhi County, that’s extremely important! Our directory and business listings are a good marketing investment for you. However, chamber membership isn’t just for building customer relationships. Even if most of your customers are located outside the Salmon valley, you probably work with other businesses in town. Chamber membership helps you develop those relationships. Whatever your business goals, GSV Chamber membership is a good investment.

Investing in Your Community

The GSV Chamber supports local business, and when the economy thrives, so does the community. We also support local events and projects. Our volunteers staff a visitor information center and booths. The Visitor Information volunteers help visitors learn about community resources and businesses. Additionally, we provide constant updates for our Event Calendar, so everyone has a chance to know what’s going on in town.

  • Individual……………………..$100/year
  • Up to 3 Employees…………..$145/year
  • Up to 5 Employees…………..$190/year
  • 6 or more Employees………..$245/year

Your membership level is based on the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees that you have. 
Examples for calculating FTE: 2 part-time employees = 1 FTE employees. 
3 full-time employees who only work 4 months = 1 FTE employees.

Benefits of Membership

Web Directory Listing

Our members get a premium listing on our online business directory, which both visitors and locals use to find what they need.

Member Promotion

The Chamber gets requests for information about who offers certain services, and we use that opportunity to promote our member businesses. We'll also be promoting our members at local and regional shows and events.

Ad Opportunities

Our members will be listed in the printed directories we put out, and will get first shot at choosing ad space. Members will also get special member-only discounts.

Events Calendar

Memberships supporting their community. For example, memberships help keep the community event calendar up and running.

Advocacy

If our members have a common concern that needs the attention of our government officials, we will help provide a voice for that concern.

Networking

Monthly networking events allow businesses to develop the kinds of relationships that lead to new business. Unfortunately these events are currently on hold while we wait until it's safe to gather again.
