2021 End of Year Survey Results

The GSVCC ran a survey for our members to get a better idea of how we’re doing, and what we can do differently to improve.

32 members responded, and since those survey results will continue to inform what we do going forward, we wanted to share some of the results with you.

84%

Percentage of respondents who said they were an 8 out of 10 on likelihood to recommend membership.

Recommending Membership

Our goal this year was to have 90% of members to say the likelihood that they would recommend membership at an 8 or above. We’re not quite there, but we’re super close!

100% of respondents said they were at least somewhat likely to recommend membership and 84% ranked an 8 out of 10 or higher.

We are doing better, according to our members. Last year 63% of members voted an 8 or higher for recommending membership. That’s a 20% increase!
